摘 要

為了瞭解空手道比賽對血乳酸(Bla)、心率(HR)以及自我感覺疲勞程度(RPE)的影響,對12名澳門空手道總會所屬現役男性運動員模擬比賽前後的Bla、RPE以及運動中的HR進行了測試。結果發現:模擬比賽後Bla峰值達到13.1 ± 2.8mmol/L,而RPE達到14.7 ± 2.0。比賽過程中平均心率為180 ±13次/分,心率在比賽中65.2 ± 22.1%的時間處於> 90%HRmax區間。相關分析表明,運動後RPE與運動後峰值血乳酸與安靜值之差存在正相關(r =0.601;P<0.05)。研究結論:空手道是一項以糖酵解系統供能爲主,磷酸原供能系統佔有相當比例運動項目。在空手道運動的訓練中,應著重發展糖酵解系統供能能力,並兼顧發展ATP-CP供能系統。另外,通過空手道運動後的RPE來可以大致估測運動個體之間血乳酸水平的差異。


Abstract

To examine the changes of selectedn parameters after a Karate match, blood lactic acid (Bla), Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale (RPE) and Heart rate (HR) were measured in 12 male Karate players of Macao Karate Association before and after or during simulated matchs. The results showed the peak Bla and RPE reached 13.1 ± 2.8 mmol/L and 14.7 ± 2.0 after the match,respectively. The average HR was 180 ±13 bpm and the athletes spent 65.2 ± 22.1% total exercise above 90%HRmax. For the inter-individual relationship between RPE and the maximum increase in the BLa after the exercise, the two parameters were positively correlated (r=0.601, p<0.05). Our findings suggested that the energy of Karate
event be mainly supplied by lactic acid energy supply system, while ATP-CP system also should hold sizeable proportion. The Karate players should concentrate on the improvement of the anaerobic ability, especially the lactic acid energy supply way. In addition, the RPE immediately after Karate might use for estimating the difference of post-exercise BLa among athletes.
